SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIC PRIORITIES:

Early childhood Deveopment, Child and Family Services, Mental Health adn Addictions, Chronic Disease, Seniors and Elders. Persons with Disabilities, Poverty and Family Violence. Ensuring our Case Management has these resources with program partnerships in the community for our Clients.
