O'Chiese held their second Membership Act voting day on January 9, 2012 from 12:00pm-8:00pm at the O'Chiese Band Office and the result is that the Membership Act has been voted in.

O’Chiese First Nation and Bellatrix signed a Joint Venture 1 partnership where O’Chiese has some ownership in petroleum and infrastructure. The signing ceremony is a unique and historic event!

O’Chiese hosted their annual Christmas luncheon with special guest famous comedian Don Burnstick! Both shows were hilarious for our community and it was great to laugh together!

O’Chiese School had a concert to a packed audience full of proud parents, grandparents and relatives! Excellent performances by the students and staff!
